Indeed, we are one step behind the most advanced technology on the market for photolithography and WEC. We still define extractable levels in ppb, which is yet to be in ppt, but that's coming. And you also know there are methods to lower these ppb levels inline and achieve ppt levels.
But for CMP slurry filters, this is different. Here comes the strength of our supplier CSM; they produce in-house with their machinery the specific polypropylene filter media they configure so that their CMP filter can undoubtedly handle any comparison with the market leaders. Pore sizes from 70 nm to 7 μm.
